United Arab Emirates
Visit, business and transit files. Photograph and passport validity are the two most common failure points.
We build the document file, check it line by line, and submit it against the current rule for the country you are applying to.
Most refusals are not bad luck. They are a mismatched photograph, an unexplained bank deposit, a sponsor letter that does not match the passport, or an old form version submitted after the rule changed.
VisaHoBe works the other way round. We start from the checklist that the embassy or visa centre is using today, build the file around your actual profile, and name the exact field before anything is submitted.
About VisaHoBeScroll through the destinations we work with most. Each one has its own document set, its own photograph rules and its own processing channel.
All ten countriesVisit, business and transit files. Photograph and passport validity are the two most common failure points.
Umrah, visit and work categories. Sponsor documents and medical records decide most cases.
Short visit and business travel. Form version and employment proof are checked closely.
Visit and student files. Financial documents and institution letters carry the case.
Visitor and student streams. Genuine temporary entry evidence is where files succeed or fail.
Visit and business files. Form version and the sponsor letter are where clean files usually break.
Family visit and work categories. Attestation order and the sponsor salary certificate decide most files.
Visit and work files. Travel insurance dates and a notarised invitation are checked line by line.
Visit and seasonal work. Insurance validity and the host's registration papers carry the case.
Visit and business travel. Bank statements and the invitation letter have to agree on the same dates.
We do not accept a case outside these five. If your situation does not fit, we will say so on the first call.

Visitor and student streams. Evidence of genuine temporary entry is the whole case.
Already have a file? We review what you built and name the weak points before you submit.
We read the refusal letter, identify which ground it cites, and say whether a re-application is realistic.
Not "your documents are weak". We point at the photograph, the date or the account entry that will cause a problem.
Nobody can guarantee a visa. Anyone who does is selling you something other than service.
Checklists are taken from the embassy or visa centre portal on the day we build the file, not from a saved template.
Mobile living in ten countries. If your case sits outside them, we tell you on the call instead of taking the file.
They sent my file back twice before submission. Both times it was a small thing I would have missed. That is exactly what I was paying attention for.
The admission letter and the sponsor papers spelled my name two different ways. They caught it before the file went in.
A clear list and a clear order. I knew exactly what was missing within a day of sending my documents.
No, and no one honestly can. The decision belongs to the embassy, consulate or immigration authority. What we control is the quality and accuracy of the file, and that is what we are accountable for.
It depends on how much of the document set already exists. A complete file can be reviewed quickly. A file that needs bank statements, sponsor letters or corrected photographs takes longer. We give you a realistic date after the profile call, not before.
Usually yes, but it starts with reading the refusal letter. A refusal cites specific grounds, and a re-application that does not answer those grounds will fail again for the same reason. If the refusal makes a new application unrealistic right now, we will tell you that instead of filing it.
We arrange the visa side. Where a booking is required as part of the file, we will tell you which reservation the authority actually accepts, so you do not pay for a confirmed ticket before the visa is decided.
Four things: the country you are applying to, the visa category, a short description of your profile, and your intended travel date or deadline. With those we can tell you whether the case is viable before you send any documents.
Your documents are used only for your application and are not shared outside the team handling your file or the authority receiving it. We do not post client files, photographs or approval numbers publicly.
We will tell you whether your profile fits it, what the document list looks like, and how long the file needs.
