Do I need to choose a country first?

No. Tell us the country you are considering and the reason for travel, and we will confirm which visa category applies before you commit to anything.

Can a service be tailored to my case?

Yes. Every file is prepared around your profile, travel history and purpose of travel, and documents that do not apply to your case are left out rather than copied from a template.

Do you handle refused or complicated cases?

We review previous refusals, refusal letters and gaps in travel history before reapplying. Where a refusal reason cannot be fixed, we say so instead of filing a file that will fail again.

How does pricing work?

Each case is quoted individually once we see the visa category, the country and the document position. Government charges and third-party fees are shown separately, with no fixed published rates.
